Jurgis Kairys was born in Sharipovo, Krasnojarsk, Siberia, on May 6, 1952. His parents were exciled by soviets from Lithuania in 1951. Jurgis returned to his family home in Berže village (Lithuania), in 1959 when he was 7 years old. He is one of the most famous aerobatic pilots and he has won over 25 awards!
He has invented several maneuvers like: “Slide Pass”(1992), "Kairys Wheel“(1987), "Small Loop”(1992) and he was the first to successfully perform the “Cobra”(1992) maneuver in a propeller driven aircraft in Farnborough aviation exhibition. He is also the first aerobatic pilot to hover his aircraft like a helicopter.
Jurgis is not just an aerobatic pilot, but an aeronautical engineer too and he helped in development of Sukhoi Su-26, Su-29, and Su-31 aerobatic aircrafts and also has manufactured his own aerobatic aircraft, called the "Juka"!
Svetlana Kapanina was born on 28 December 1968 in Shchuchinsk, Kazakh SSR, Soviet Union (today Kazakhstan). She is the best woman aerobatic pilot as she has won the "World Aerobatic Champion" in the women's category more times than any other pilot (in 1996, 1998, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2011).
In 1997, she received the Paul Tissandier Diploma by FAI. In 2005 she was awarded the Sabiha Gökçen Medal and the Centenary Medal by the FAI. In 2014 she entered in Guinness World Records book as the woman pilot with more World Champions than any other.

Luca Bertossio was born 24 January 1990 in Italy and he is well known in world's aviation as an aerobatics pilot who performs glider aerobatics as competitor for the Italian National Glider Aerobatic Team and as a professional Airshow pilot for the company Red Bull GmbH and he is the Official Testimonial for CITIZEN Watches co. ltd.
Luca has Glider Aerobatic Pilot, Private Pilot, Unlimited Flight Instructor licenses and he is the Official Coach of Romanian National Team. Some of his achievements are: 5 times National Champion, 6 times FreeStyle Champion, Vice-World Advanced Glider Aerobatic Champion 2011 with 2 Silver FAI Medals, World Advanced Glider Aerobatic Champion in 2012 with 4 Gold FAI Medals, Vice-World Champion Unlimited Glider Aerobatic in 2015 with 1 Bronze and 2 Silver FAI Medals!
